Occupation: Works at a greenhouse~
Hobbies/Quirks: One year older. One year wiser. One year closer to kicking your ass. Or so she likes to think. Karen's slowly but surely started to give up her live fast, die hard lifestyle, finding her footing in the Tracks with odd jobs to help out her brother and his gal make their ways in life. With less drugs pumping through her system, and some meat on her bones, Karen's less likely to blow away in the wind. With the information of St. Corp's disbandment, she's started the application process to Fine Primo, upping her ante with better english, more plants, and twice as many shenanigans as before!
Perhaps the first thing you'll notice about Karen is her quirky, overly happy nature that tends to show itself in the way of random hugs and constant bouncing when she walks. She's a personable person, but the thing that keeps her from being in Gossip is a strong language barrier. Due to a still-thick Russia accent, and her inability to completely grasp the English language, Karen's not all that great at communication, preferring the ways of hand gestures, tone of voice, and body language. Since kicking the habit of drugs [aside from her occasional marijuana use], her memory is beginning to clear up and is in a far more efficient order, allowing her to remember things past two days ago. As someone that has lived in the tracks for four years now, and is constantly moving about, who better to give you directions in the Tracks then a citizen?
Likes: Vodka, plants, hoodies, sleeping, her brother, Linus~, being silly, also being dramatic, her large stash of nuclear grade canned foods, hiding things, squirreling things away in a trunk, sleeping on the couch, and infomercials.
Dislikes: Whiskey, not sleeping, days when she can't go to work [no plants :c], being denied hugs, being denied most things, talk shows, ice cream, and yappie dogs.
Background: Born and raised in a slummy area of Moscow with her older brother, Ivan, and parents. Her father was murder when she was a young child, due to his extreme Communist views, by a neo-Nazi, who wasn't too fond of his ideals. Since that time, she was raised by a widowed mother, who became far more ornery and abusive now that she worked two dead end jobs with little sleep and having to raise two teenage kids. Fun!

After both Yulia and Ivan flunked out of high school, and they both were lazy bums, first Ivan, then Yulia, were kicked out of their house by an overworked and underpaid mother, they both worked odd jobs until they could pool their money together to move to America, the new frontier. Or, at least, for them. It took a while, but they made it, the details of how they got into the country since forgotten and never spoken of, Ivan quickly got a job in the shipping yards, and after a year or two, met a fine gal, and he lived a pretty good life from then on out. Yulia, or as she was now called, Karen, on the other hand, hit the ground hard, finding the drastic change to be too much to handle. She started with drinking and recreational drug use, escalating to an addict, and really crashed and burned. Even while working in Saint Corp, she continued to use, but the fall of the corporation smacked her upright and into reality.

A year having passed now, Karen has finally kicked the habit and is no longer using [aside from occasional pot use, but don't tell anyone], and has focused her love of plants into a fruitful job at a local greenhouse. Heh, fruitful, plants. Anybody? No? Anyways, she's moved into a far more stable apartment, ya know, with actual windows and no leaky roof, with her brother, in the local community that is Little Russia. Upon hearing through the grapevine [ohdearlord, more plant jokes] of Pyrce Industries, she tracked down her old bossman, Maddeus Finch, and arranged an interview for their Underground team. Here's hoping she makes the cut!

:bulletred: Lives in Little Russia, in a tenement building. She has since relocated from her previous place of living after it was burned down. She now lives with her older brother, his girlfriend, her son, and many, many plants.
